Dr. Jackie and her entire team are AMAZING!! Everyone makes you feel welcome and at home from the moment you step in the door. I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage while I waited for my appointment. Then was offered a comfort menu when I was seated in the chair for my cleaning. My entire family loves coming to the dentist!!
Smile haven dental studio is amazing. I absolutely love Doctor Jackie, Allison and Arlene. They have such a wonderful and professional team. From the moment you walk in, it doesn't feel like a typical dental office. It feels like home. Everyone treats you like family and the care they provide is exceptional. I live in Plainfield and the 40 minute drive is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I was so excited to notice Smile Haven Dental Studio in a moment of need with a dental issue. It was like I walked into a team that was entirely designed for me and my needs. Dr. Jackie and her exceptional team were kind, caring, professional, optimistic, experienced, and very talented—ready to solve problems not to be overcome by them. I received amazing treatment for a difficult long-term crown case. My family and I highly value dental care, and Smile Haven delivers! It's so exciting to have them in the Fox Valley.
I was looking for a new dentist as my previous dentist retired. I saw a new dental office opened in St Charles on Illinois and First streets right above Moto/IMoto restaurant. I gave them a call and went in to see Dr Jackie. She was actually the one who answered the phone when I made the appointment and she was very pleasant and professional. My appointment was made for a few weeks out as she has a busy schedule and that was great for me. Before my scheduled appointment, I developed some pain and called her office to ask if she can see me sooner and she was able to get me in quickly to assess the situation.
After meeting Dr Jackie and her staff, I am positive that I made the right choice to make her my new dentist!
She is very personable and professional and her friendly personality puts you at ease!
Her assistant was also very friendly and attentive and professional.
The office/studio is beautiful and modern and very convenient to get to.

I had to share this update because of what happened today…
I honestly have the best boss in the world — and she has an amazing boyfriend! 💕
This morning started out like any other workday. I went in for a few hours before heading to the airport to catch my 6 p.m. flight. Everything was on schedule — until it wasn’t.
Around 1 o’clock, I headed to the garage to leave… only to find my car completely blocked in on the fourth floor. There had been an incident, and there was literally no way out. My heart sank. With time slipping away, I realized I might actually miss my flight.
Then, like a true hero, Alec showed up and saved the day! 🚗✨
Because of him, I made it safely to the airport — only about 30 minutes behind — and it looks like I’m going to make my flight after all!
Huge thanks to Dr. Jackie and our amazing team for giving me these few days off, and an even bigger thank you to Alec, who quite literally saved my day and my trip. Grateful beyond words. 🙏❤️

I not only have the pleasure of working for Dr. Jackie—I’m also a patient! I recently had my cleaning done by Allison, who was absolutely amazing. She was not only professional, but also incredibly patient and reassuring, which meant a lot to someone like me who has dental phobia.
Unfortunately, I did need some additional treatment, but I was in great hands with Dr. Jackie and Cara. They took such good care of me. I require a bit of extra attention, and they provided it without hesitation—kind, patient, and supportive every step of the way.

My first visit could not have gone better! I received a warm welcome coming in the door from Arlene and thorough explanations and exams by the staff. Dr Jackie was great to work with, offering clear descriptions of treatment planning and just being a lovely, kind person. The hygienist, Allison, gave me a great cleaning, paying special attention to some tricky areas as I'm a long time periodontal patient. She knows her stuff and I was grateful for her excellent skills and warmth. Cara was my first introduction to the practice and we had a great conversation, helping me feel most welcome with a tour of the elegant office as well as prepping for a panoramic x ray. This office "got it going on" in a big way and I'm so glad I found them!
We cannot recommend Dr. Jackie Hassenplug and Arlene at Smile Haven Dental Studio enough! We reached out to them as a new patient, in a stressful situation and they have been AMAZING! They have been so kind, gone the extra mile, no judgement, professional but with a human touch that is often missing these days. If you are looking for a dentist, please stop looking and reach out to them!

I have spent years afraid of the dentist having bad experience after bad experience. A good friend of mine used to work with Dr Jackie and said I would be very happy with her. She was not wrong! This has been the best experience working with this office! I would recommend to everyone! Their office doesn’t feel like a dentist office at all! (Until you enter the room lol but even still it’s very comforting) they are upfront with costs and want to make sure you are comfortable at all times!
